Over time, your silhouette and bust naturally evolve, so it is important to check your bra size regularly. A study published in the scientific journal Chiropractic & Manual Therapies, involving 51 women aged between 50 and 84, found that 93% of them were wearing the wrong bra size.

If you have a fuller bust, opt for an underwired bra to ensure optimal support. Contrary to popular belief, underwires do not necessarily mean compression or discomfort.
