Do you offer gift cards?

We offer gift cards ranging from €50 to €300, in increments of €50.

The code of your gift card will be communicated to you only once by email. This is a unique and confidential code. We encourage you to keep it safe, as we will not be able to send it to you again.

You can either send it directly to the recipient with a personalized note, or receive it yourself to forward or print later.

It is valid 1 year only on our website.

How do I track my order?

You can follow your order directly from your customer area. Simply log in and access your order history to track the progress of your delivery.

Can I change my order?

Once your order is finalized, meaning once payment has been made, we are unfortunately unable to modify its contents for technical and logistical reasons. Once the order is validated, it is already being prepared and cannot be stopped.

If you need other products, we encourage you to place a new order.

What should I do if I haven't received the order confirmation email?

If you have not received your order confirmation email, we advise you to check your spam or junk mail.

I still haven't received my order, why?

Usually delivery times are 3 to 5 working days for the Metropolitan France, but can go up to 15 days depending on the international destination.

The orders are prepared within 48 working hours from the first business day following the registration of your order. If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it will be processed from the first following business day.

If you have not yet received your order, we advise you to check the delivery tracking.

Please note that in the event of high traffic, such as during sales or promotional periods, delivery times may be longer due to the large number of orders to be processed.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer a gift box, perfect for giving as a gift or treating yourself! It is available at the price of 5€ and is offered from 200€ of purchase. You can select it directly in your cart at checkout for neat and elegant packaging. This gift box is also available in our shop on rue des Saints-Pères in Paris.

How to create a wishlist?

In order to best satisfy you, we have set up an option that allows you to create a wishlist and easily find your favorite products at any time in your customer account. To do this, you must have or create a customer account on our site.

To add a product to your wishlist, simply go to the product page and click on the icon "Heart" You can add as many products as you want and view them directly from your customer area.

Please note, however, that this does not reserve the products for you, but allows you to find them more easily.

What payment methods are accepted?

We have selected methods of payment varied and secured to make your order simple and enjoyable. Here are the payment methods we accept:

Can I request an invoice?

When you place your order, you will receive a transaction receipt by email. If you need your invoice, you can download it directly from your customer area.

When will I be charged?

The payment for your order is processed instantly upon confirmation of your purchase. You will be charged as soon as the order is confirmed, not when it is shipped.

Do you offer promo codes or discounts?

We offer very few promo codes or discounts, as we prioritize af air pricing throughout the year and reasonable promotions.

Our stocks are not created to be sold off, but to reflect the quality and know-how of Maison Lejaby that we offer to our customers.

How do I use my promo code on your website?

When we offer promo codes, simply enter them directly in the "Discount Code or Gift Card" field located under the summary of your order, during checkout. The code will then be automatically applied to your order.

How do I use my gift card?

To use your gift card, you just need to enter the code provided with it in the "Discount Code or Gift Card" box during checkout in your shopping cart.

The amount of your gift card will be automatically deducted from your order.

If the value of your order is greater than the value of the gift card, you can complete the payment with another payment method.

Delivery

What are the delivery methods, fees, and delivery times?

The delivery costs are calculated automatically when a product is added to the basket, based on delivery in Metropolitan France.


Colissimo Domicile (3-5 working days):

  • Delivery charge of €6.95 for orders between €0 and €149.99.
  • Free delivery for orders equal to or greater than €150.


Colissimo Point Relais (3-5 working days):

  • Free delivery, regardless of the order amount.


For the international deliveries, the costs will be recalculated based on the delivery address, and you will be able to review this information before finalizing your order.

Do you offer delivery to a relay point?

We offer delivery in relay point. During the ordering process, you will be able to choose the relay point of your choice from a list of available options, before finalizing your payment.

Do you deliver internationally?

How to return an product ?

To return one or more items, simply follow the steps below:


1. Log in to your customer account
(If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one via the “My Account” section in our FAQ.)

2. Go to the “Return request” section
Have your return number (starting with #) and the email address used for your order ready

3. Select the item(s) you wish to return

4. Choose your preferred refund method:

5. Follow the instructions to generate your return label

6. Print the label and attach it to your parcel

7. Drop off your parcel at the collection point of your choice

How do credit notes/vouchers work?

When submitting a return request, you have the option to choose a credit note instead of a refund.

The credit note corresponds to the total amount of your returned items and is valid for 6 months on our website maisonlejaby.com.

By choosing this option:
– your return is free of charge
– you will receive a code to use on your next order
– your credit note can be used in multiple transactions

Please note: once selected, the credit note option is final and cannot be changed after validation.

Can I return multiple orders in a single package?

Yes, it is perfectly possible to return multiple orders in a single package.

On the other hand, it is essential to create a separate return for each affected order before sending.

Step 1: Log in to your customer account and create each return request corresponding to the different orders.(see the FAQ question "How do I return an item?(for details of the steps).
Step 2: Then group the items into a single package.

You can affix one of the prepaid return labels to the package. The other generated labels must be placed inside the package so that our logistics department can identify and process each order correctly.

Without the prior creation of each return, our teams will not be able to process all items in the shortest possible time.

What is the legal time frame to make a return?

You have a legal period of 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request.

After this period, you will no longer be able to create a return request from your customer account.

Please note: once your return request has been created, you have up to one month to drop off your parcel with the carrier. After this time, the return request will be automatically cancelled.

When and how will I be reimbursed?

When submitting your return request, you can choose between:

– a refund to your original payment method
– or a credit note valid for 6 months on maisonlejaby.com

If you choose a refund:
The refund will be issued to the bank account linked to the payment method used for your order.
It is usually visible within 5 to 7 business days after your return has been received and processed. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on your bank, especially if you used a deferred debit card.

If you choose a credit note:
You will receive your credit note as a code by email once your return has been processed by our team.
This code is valid for 6 months and can be used in one or multiple transactions on our website.

Please note: the selected refund method (refund or credit note) is final and cannot be changed once confirmed.

Are there any return costs?

Return fees amount to €4, which will be deducted from your refund.

You may return your items in accordance with our return policy.

If you choose to receive a refund in the form of a store credit, return fees will be fully waived.

How can I get a refund for an order paid with a gift card?

If you paid for an order with a gift card, this becomes a means of payment in its own right.

In the event of a return or refund, the corresponding amount will be credited back to the gift card.

If the gift card has been used in part, only the amount corresponding to the portion used will be re-credited.

You can then use this amount for a future purchase.

Can I return an item purchased online in-store?

Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store returns for items purchased online.

What is the My LEJABY loyalty program?

My LEJABY is our loyalty program designed for rewarding your loyalty to the House.

With each purchase and certain actions, you accumulate points that you can convert into discount coupons to use on our site.

How to join the My LEJABY program?

The program is automatically accessible to any customer with a Maison Lejaby account.

You simply need to be logged into your account when making purchases or simply enter your email address linked to your account at the time of purchase to start accumulating points.

How do I accumulate points?

  • €1 spent on the site = 1 point
  • Other actions (leaving a review, entering your date of birth, etc.) also allow you to earn points.

Points can only be accumulated on purchases made online.

How do I use my points?

Your points may be exchanged for discount vouchers, directly from the loyalty program page or your customer account.

The vouchers can be used on your next orders, up to the limit of your available points balance.

Where can I check my points balance and benefits?

At any time from:

Here you will find your points balance, your history and the benefits you have access to.

Why are my points pending after a purchase?

After each order, your points appear as “pending” for 14 days.

This period corresponds to the return period. Once this period has expired, the points are automatically credited to your account.

What happens in case of a return or refund?

  • In case of return or total cancellation, the points associated with the order are cancelled.
  • In the case of a partial return, only the points corresponding to the returned items will be deducted.

Points for saved items are credited after a delay of 14 days.

Do all my purchases earn me points?

Yes, all purchases made on the Maison Lejaby website generate points, under certain conditions.

  • Purchasing a gift card allows you to accumulate points
  • Using a gift card as a payment method does not generate points.
  • If your gift card only covers part of the order amount, points are credited only on the portion settled in cash.

Do the points have an expiry date?

Yes, your points are valid 12 rolling months from their date of acquisition.

Can I get my points back if I ordered without a customer account?

If you have used the same email address when you place orders, your points can be linked to your account once it has been created.

Can I transfer my points to another person?

My LEJABY points are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Each tier gives you access to specific benefits, visible directly from your loyalty area.

Why aren't my previous orders generating loyalty points?

The loyalty program My Lejaby is a recent innovation from the beginning of 2026. It marks the start of a new experience designed to offer you personalized benefits and clear tracking of your privileges.

Points therefore start to accumulate from the launch, and from the creation of your customer account, in order to guarantee fair and identical operation for all our customers.

Orders placed before joining cannot be retroactively integrated, which allows us to ensure reliable, transparent and simple program management.
