What is the My LEJABY loyalty program?

My LEJABY is our loyalty program designed to reward your connection to the House . With every purchase and selected actions, you earn points that can be redeemed for discount vouchers to use on our website.


How do I join the My LEJABY program?

The program is automatically available to all customers with a Maison Lejaby account.
Simply make sure you are logged into your account when placing your orders to start earning points.


How can I earn points?

  • €1 spent on the website = 1 point
  • You can also earn points through other actions (leaving a review, adding your birthday, etc.)

Points can only be earned on purchases made online.


How can I use my points?

Your points can be redeemed for discount vouchers directly from the loyalty program page or from your customer account.
Vouchers can be used on future orders, subject to your available balance points.


Where can I check my balance and rewards points?

At any time via:

  • your customer account
  • the dedicated My LEJABY loyalty program page

You will find your points balance, points history and available rewards there.


Why are my points pending after a purchase?

After each order, your points appear as “pending” for 14 days .
This period corresponds to our return policy.
Once the 14 days have passed, your points are automatically credited to your account.


What happens if I return or cancel an order?

  • In the case of a full return or cancellation, the points linked to the order are canceled
  • In the case of a partial return, only the points corresponding to the returned items are deducted

Points for the items you keep are credited after the 14-day period.


Do all my purchases earn points?

Yes, all purchases made on the Maison Lejaby website earn points, under certain conditions .

  • Purchasing a gift card allows you to earn points
  • Using a gift card as a payment method does not generate points
  • If a gift card covers only part of the order total, points are earned only on the amount paid in cash


Do my points expire?

Yes, your points are valid for 12 rolling months from their date of acquisition.


Can I recover my points if I placed an order without a customer account?

If you used the same email address for your orders, your points can be linked to your account once it is created.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

No. My LEJABY points are strictly personal and non-transferable.


How do I know which rewards I am eligible for?

Your status evolves based on the number of points you accumulate. There are three levels: Member, Initiated, and Ambassador . Each tier unlocks specific rewards, visible directly in your loyalty space.


Where can I find my discount vouchers?

All your discount vouchers are available in your customer account , ready to be used on your next orders.
