Customer service very disappointed
"I order lovely bra from UK website, unfortunately nobody mention that the sizes are FR sizes, so finally I get bra for Barbie. The only way for me was send it back, but I have to pay £10 for parcel. I ask CS why, as from my perspective this was their fault, unfortunately they replay that it was my responsibility to check the size and totally ignore my request. Not recommend, not because of the quality of the product but because of the quality of the service and if something goes wrong you can't expect the ML will help you!"
